What do you ship?
We will ship anything listed on our website. Some items require freight shipping, and special handling. These shipping and handling fees will be calculated during the checkout process. When do you ship?
New orders are shipped within two business days of receipt, and are fulfilled by 4 warehouses across the United States to assure prompt delivery of your item(s).
Where do you ship to?
We ship nationally and internationally, these shipping options and charges will be displayed and calculated during the checkout process.
How do you ship?
We ship using the carrier with the lowest cost to destination based on order size and weight. Most orders will be shipped FedEx ground, but we also offer freight, twoday and overnight shipping options during the checkout process.
Rates to ship?
Shipping rates are based on the weight of the items ordered, and the delivery option selectedduring the checkout process.
How to track an order that’s been shipped?
A tracking number will be provided once the order ships to allow easy tracking of the shipment.
In-store pick up option?
Store pick up is available for customers located near one of our retail locations. Please contact us directly if this option is desired.
Recycling of packing materials?
We strive to use recycled, repurposed, and green shipping and packing materials whenever possible.
What can be returned?
All items are returnable within a 30 return period with receipt provided they are unused, complete, and in resellable condition. A 15% re-stocking fee applies. Returns must be authorized and obtain a return authorization number (RA#) before being returned. Contact us directly for a RA# at 760.612.4486 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
When do items need to be returned?
Items damaged during shipping, or defective items may be exchanged for the same item within 90 days of purchase.
After 90 days all returns must be directed to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
Where do items need to be returned?
Items must be returned to the address provided during the return authoriation process.
Shipping for returns?
Customer pays for the return shipping of the product(s). DIGS will pay to have the new item(s) shipped to customer once the return is authorized and accepted.
Credit for returns?
For all returns, the original form of payment will be refunded less any restocking fee.
